Eyebobs is introducing an exclusive, limited-edition frame, “Sun of Zimm,” a design collaboration between eyebobs and eyebobs enthusiast Andrew Zimmern—one of the most knowledgeable personalities in the food world and creator, host and executive producer of the “Bizarre Foods” franchise on Travel Channel.
Making its debut in time for Memorial Day, “Sun of Zimm” will be served up two ways — as sun readers ($79) and polarized sunglasses ($125). What’s more, a portion of the proceeds from the sale of the frames will benefit the James Beard Foundation, an organization devoted to nurturing and preserving America’s diverse culinary heritage and future.
“Sun of Zimm,” available at eyebobs.com, follows previous charitable collaborations with “geriatric starlet” Iris Apfel and television journalist Katie Couric.
To celebrate summer and “Sun of Zimm,” Chef AZ has chosen a special recipe just for eyebobs: Char Grilled Chili Shrimp.
