In the erotic tradition of Nine and Half weeks without the sadomasochistic tendencies, “Closer to my Heart” follows Jane Porter, a writer and Lucas Moore, an undercover government agent.
There are only two characters in the book – the two protagonists, and everything revolved around them. Through their conversations, author Becky Moore fleshed Jane and Luke nicely, and thus early on, we fall in love with both with them.
A great read for the drama and needless to say, the sex scenes sizzles. This might not be something for a young teen to read, but adults can learn so much from Jane and Luke and it’s not the way they burn the sheets either
