Strong personalities collide at “Smooth Moves” but it did not stop them from falling in love!

The second book of the “Movin’ On series, “Smooth Moves” follows former Marine Cash Griffin and former Army Jordan Fleming. Cash recently received his 15 minutes of fame when he stopped a robbery that was caught on camera and gone viral.

Though Cash wanted to keep on the down low, those few minutes of video jump started the fledging moving company Vets on the Go! that he co-founded with his brother and his cousin.

And that is how Jordan Fleming came into his orbit. Recently honorably discharged from the Army, Jordan was trying to decide what to do next. Working as a mover seemed as good as any. What she did not anticipate was the attraction between her and Cash that was almost incendiary.

But both have baggage from their past, plus current problems with their siblings. In between their job, personal challenges and family complications, they barely have time for each other. The question becomes, can they sustain the relationship they have to lead to a happily ever after.

A sweet read, “Smooth Moves” is as much as romance as it is familial love. Both Jordan and Cash love their respective families at their core. So, though both of them are grown, it is also sort of a coming of age story as they learned and accepted that person they have become.

“Smooth Moves” is Rated T for Teens. Parental guidance is strongly advised due to some adult situations.
