Three books in one, “The Spinoza Trilogy
With a tongue-in-cheek attitude in the title, readers already get the idea that author J.R. Rain has a tendency to be unconventional. First, the hero, Spinoza is not the Adonis that readers are used to. Spinoza is a little overweight and not six feet tall. His saving grace – Spinoza has a no-nonsense girlfriend that keeps him in the straight and narrow.
All three stories are actually very easy to read, which in this case, it is very easy to listen to. Reader Justin Fraction gave life to Spinoza, making him likeable even funny at times.
