Ah, another book from Robert Jordan, albeit it is actually 1/2 of “The Eye of the World”
I never get tired of reading “The Wheel of Time.” And if I may say so, this mega epic is destined to be one of the greatest mega epics in the fantasy world.
I am not going to discuss the book here. This book is the beginning of a long series of books and I can tell you that once you read this, you are hooked!
All the main characters make their first appearance here and Rand is the one which catches your attention. We all fall in love with Rand. And for those who actually follow the series, we all know what he has become.
Enjoy this book for what it truly is – a gift. And yes, some might complain that this is just half of the original book. Well, there is one extra chapter and of course the illustrations. I bought it simply because of that extra chapter.
And before you say that I must be crazy, I can tell you that I am not alone. Fans of The Wheel of Time bought “advanced” chapters of other books in the series before the final release of the full book.
And though this might be a spoiler to some, but the FINAL VOLUME is due soon!!! We (fans of Wheel of Time) waited 20 years to read this final volume of this mega epic.
