More of a short story and a prequel to the Whiskey River Series, “Where There’s a Will ” features two well-developed characters, Ryder Ford and Addison Wells, lawyer and legal secretary, respectively who are handling the Kelly Brothers inheritance, the basis of the series.
As I mentioned, this is a short story and the description below gives readers an idea how the story goes. If I add anything, it will be a spoiler.
But, I want to point out that having two well-developed character in a short story is a feat for any writer. That Katherine Garbera and Eve Gaddy were able incorporate romance and some steamy scenes in a seamless storyline show a mastery of their craft.
“Where There’s a Will ” might be short and sweet but it is well worth it to put it in your summer reading list.
“Where There’s a Will ” is Rated M for Mature due to sexual content.
