Born on the 4th of July: Reviving the Made-in-America Label

THE END FashionLos Angeles-based fashion label THE/END will celebrated Independence Day with the much-anticipated launch of digital retail for their made-in-the-USA men’s collection.

The site is the first foray into direct retail for the self-funded brand, which until now has only been available through select high-end retailers such as Barney’s Japan, American Rag and Revolve Clothing.

“The concept of being a true “made-in-the-USA” brand has been hugely important to us from the very beginnings of our business, so it makes sense that we would launch the site and direct retail to coincide with Independence Day” – Co-founder and Brand Director Michael Comrie.

Founded by three best friends in 2011, THE/END was launched with the goal of creating a US-made collection with a focus on quality design and strong art direction.

Designed, developed and manufactured in Los Angeles by a completely in-house team and a dedicated network of artisans and small factories, the line draws aesthetic inspiration from art, music and counter-culture movements both past and present to create strongly directional collections comprised of easily wearable everyday staples.
