The SPCA of Texas’ Home for the Holidays Pet Adoption Center at NorthPark Center has provided special adoption experiences for thousands of four-legged animals and their loving new families. Assistance is offered at select times to help families choose the right animals for their lifestyle.
Adoption fees are $250 for puppies (under 6 months of age), $125 for adult dogs (6 months to 6 years), $50 for senior dogs (7 years or older) or VIP dogs (dogs waiting for homes for more than 30 days) and $125 for kittens.
All adult cats are eligible for a “name your own price” option with an additional option of waving adoption fees for a second cat.
The fee includes spay/neuter surgery, all age-appropriate vaccinations, de-worming treatment, a heartworm test for dogs six months and older, initial heartworm preventative for dogs, a feline leukemia and FIV testing for cats four months and older, a microchip and a free leash or cardboard cat carrier.
Pet adoption hours:
Monday – Saturday 11 AM – 6 PM
Sunday 12 PM – 6 PM
