Spotted on Monday, September 9, 2013 – Grammy Nominated Singer, Carly Rae Jepsen, was on a Fall Shopping Spree at Kohl’s.
Carly shopped the latest Candie’s fall fashions and tested out her favorite Candie’s fragrance and nail polish at the Candie’s Beauty Bar. Carly even took a ride in her blinged-out Candie’s shopping cart!
