For the 3rd Annual Every Mother Counts MPower Lunch held last Friday, May 9, 2014 in New York City, Christy Turlington Burns, Doutzen Kroes and Carolyn Murphy owned the crowd wearing Calvin Klein Collection.
Ms. Turlington Burns, founder of Every Mother Counts, wore a white silk dress from the Pre-Fall 2014 Calvin Klein Collection.
Ms. Kroes, who was recently announced as the face of the brand’s newest women’s scent REVEAL Calvin Klein, wore a rust silk long sleeve dress from the Pre-Fall 2014 Calvin Klein Collection.
Ms. Murphy, who has had a longstanding relationship with the brand and most recently walked in the women’s Fall 2013 Calvin Klein Collection runway show, wore a Calvin Klein Collection black silk blazer and black leather skirt.
As announced earlier, Ms. Turlington Burns will appear alongside her husband, writer, director and actor Ed Burns in the new global advertising campaign for ETERNITY Calvin Klein to debut in June 2014.
It was also announced that ETERNITY Calvin Klein will launch The ETERNITY Project, a new global philanthropic initiative. The mission of The ETERNITY Project is to foster the message of eternal love and commitment through the support of various charitable endeavors to help better individuals and communities.
Every Mother Counts will be the first non-profit organization to partner with The ETERNITY Project, which will launch with a global PSA featuring Turlington Burns to drive awareness for EMC.
Every Mother Counts is a campaign to end preventable deaths caused by pregnancy and childbirth around the world. The organization informs, engages and mobilizes new advances to take action to improve the health and well-being of girls and women worldwide.
