DALLAS, Jul 13, 2012/ — The Nasher Sculpture Center has invited internationally-renowned Brazilian artist, Ernesto Neto, to create a new work, entitled Kink, for the Nasher’s upstairs gallery.
Often working on the scale of architecture, Neto creates experiential environments from nylon rope, which invite interaction inside organic, womblike, and elemental installations.
The exhibit opened in May with the gala party held on May 11, 2012. “Ernesto Neto Cuddle on the Tightrope” exhibit will run through Sep 9, 2012.
