In 1933, René Lacoste changed the world of contemporary sportswear by creating a practical, comfortable and trendy garment, now becomes an authentic icon: the L.12.12 polo shirt.
L.12.12, L for LACOSTE, 1 for its unique fabric (petit piqué), 2 for the short-sleeved design and 12 for the number of the version finally selected by René Lacoste.
This new special style is deeply inspired by the timeless icon L.12.12, a pivotal LACOSTE project inspired by the typical champion’s perfectionism and a direct approach to design.
Characterized by a squared frame with a dry and dynamic design, this unisex, versatile and easy-to-wear model features a tridimensional petit piqué pattern on the temples – leitmotiv of the L.12.12 world – enhanced by a soft touch rubber finishing and the distinctive textile CROC logo on both temples.
The chromatic palette in mat matches the most iconic polo shirt colors: blue, green, red, grey, black and white.
