The Swarovski Look is part of an exceptional creative partnership between Victoria’s Secret and the crystal maison. Previous highlights have been the Fairytale look worn by Lily Donaldson in 2014, LED wings in the Fireworks look worn by Angel Martha Hunt in 2015, and the look from the Bright Night Angel segment worn by Angel Josephine Skriver in 2016. This year is set to continue the dazzling evolution in spectacular style.
For 2017, the show dazzled with over 1 million crystals from Swarovski. The show segments include Nomadic Adventure, Goddesses, Winter’s Tale, Millennial Nation, and Punk Angel designed by Balmain Creative Director Olivier Rousteing.
In addition to the unique Swarovski Look, costumes blitzed with thousands of Swarovski crystals were featured throughout the entire show – a special highlight is Elsa Hosk’s crystallized “Punk Angel” look, especially designed by Balmain for this year’s Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show. Furthermore, the bra-and-panty set worn by Swarovski brand ambassador Karlie Kloss in the Winter’s Tale section of the show features Swarovski crystals as well.
