Manila Grace will officially enter the US market with the launch of their US e-commerce website this Fall. After its expansion in Europe, with the opening of six corner stores in La Rinascente department store in the first months of 2017, and previously an extensive expansion consisting of a series of store openings worldwide in 2016, Manila Grace continues to push for international growth, with a strong focus on the US market.
The brand’s expansion into the US is in tandem with a larger global expansion strategy, including 15 new worldwide store openings over the next three years. With a fixed presence in all major markets, Manila Grace will continue to grow and expand until the end of 2017. In China, where the brand is currently present – with a 140 sq.m flagship store in Beijing, inside China World, one of the most prestigious malls in the capital, and a boutique inside the Parkson Shopping Centre – growth in the Asian market will continue throughout 2017 with three additional openings.
The brand’s expansion into the major markets will usher in a more directional point of view for the brand, beginning with the revamping of the stores and the e-commerce websites. Manila Grace will recreate the brand’s DNA globally by placing the product at the forefront. The stores are both simple and sophisticated, designed to highlight the garments, with essential furnishings that reflects the brands mood and unmistakable style identity.
Manila Grace is known for its vibrant and unique prints, and its deconstructed silhouettes. Each piece within the collection is designed to work with one another. Staying true to the brand’s core, the Fall/Winter 2017 collection is a thoughtful process that considers both the fabrics and prints, and how they work best together. In this collection, basic garments and classic shapes take on a more energetic life using dark hues including purple, charcoal and black chocolate, and incorporating interesting embellishment, such as pearls, to add texture to the collection. Manila Grace offers Italian style and quality at an accessible price point that averages at $500.
Led by Creative Director Alessia Santi, the Fall/Winter 2017 collection is inspired by elements from nature expressed through a variety of custom prints, unique fabrics and colors. The collection is designed for elegant, curious women who are seeking individuality.
The collection will be available in the US on ManilaGrace.com in September 2017
