Stars Sparkles in Cannes

DALLAS & CANNES, May 19, 2012/ — Jada Pinkett Smith, Jane Fonda, Diane Kruger, Freida Pinto – four women who belongs to the list of the world’s most recognizable faces crossed path in Cannes for the 2012 Cannes Film Festival.

And there’s another recognizable name whom they met in the French Rivera – VERSACE. A household name and one of the most covetable fashion labels, Versace wardrobed Jada Pinkett Smith, Jane Fonda, Diane Kruger and Freida Pinto for several of their appearances during the film festival.

On May 18th 2012 in occasion of the premiere her new film ‘Madagascar 3’ during the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival, actress Jada Pinkett Smith chose to wear Versace.

The actress chose an absolutely stunning look from Atelier Versace Spring 2012 – she was flawless in a floor length fully beaded orange gown sheer from the knees down, perfectly finished with a curved and polished metallic gold detail at the neckline.

On May 17, 2012 in occasion of her appearance at the ‘Madagascar 3’ Photo Op, Jada Pinket Smith chose to wear Versace.

She owned the photo op with chic structured strapless cocktail dress covered entirely in an intricate white netting with Swarovski crystals woven in throughout from Versace Fall 2012.

During the premiere of “De Rouille et D’os” during day 2 of the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival, actress Freida Pinto wore Atelier Versace.

The gorgeous actress chose a gown composed of a delicately woven sheer lace sleeveless top paired with a modern structured full length skirt covered entirely in Swarovski crystals with gold metallic wave details on the side. A lime green look from Atelier Versace Spring 2012.

On May 16th, Freida Pinto was again donned in Versace, this time she chose a gorgeously detailed sequined black Versace gown with sheer sleeves and neckline, with a thigh high slit at the left side.

Also on May 16th, actress Jane Fonda chose to wear Versace when she attended the Opening Ceremony and the premiere of ‘Moonrise Kingdom’.

The Hollywood legend chose a look by Atelier Versace: she was breathtaking in an intricately woven bronze metal mesh Atelier Versace gown with a delicately pleated hem and train. She completed her look with a metallic Versace clutch.

Meanwhile, actress Diane Kruger chose to wear Versus for the photo call the opening day of the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival.

The actress, who is serving as a member of the festival’s jury this year, chose a look from Versus Fall 2012. She wore a stunning burgundy cocktail dress with a modern cut, full pleated skirt, and black cord for straps and interlaced intricately at the sides as well.
