Book Review: Drop Dead Gorgeous by Juliet Lyons

A different take on vampires, “Drop Dead Gorgeous (Bite Nights)” will have you laughing beginning on the first chapter. Mila Hart, our heroine is a product of her generation, that is being so submerged in pop culture that her references are either from movies or TV shows.

Enter “Drop Dead Gorgeous (Bite Nights)” Vincent Ferrer, a vampire cop. He is also a product of his generation where there was no TV, movies or social media. Still, he has adapted fast cars and smartphones for his 21st century’s lifestyle.

Building on that generation gap, author Juliet Lyons created so many hilarious conversations, making it very easy for readers to find Mila and Vincent very appealing. And that appeal stayed with them until the end.

Drop Dead Gorgeous (Bite Nights)” is Rated M for Mature due to sexual content and violence.
