Book Review: Noble Metals by L.A. Witt

A yaoi romance, Noble Metals follows Robert Belton and Dr. John Fauth, an inventor as they traveled from Seattle to the Yukon during the Klondike Gold Rush. Historically correct in terms of location and timeline, the book also falls into the steampunk subgenre of sci-fi/fantasy due to the re-imagining of certain gadgets and inventions that may or may have not existed during that time.

And though the title and of course the setting suggest that Robert and John were looking for riches, the story itself is about self-discovery.

Short and fast-paced, Noble Metals is an easy read. This book is rated M for Mature due to sexual content.
